The soaking tub was luxurious. The rainfall shower was fantastic. The room service was delicious. It felt rare to get good room service. The building is historic, but everything functions well. The staff showed kindness and attentiveness. Every window has a great view.

Really good Stay!

The staff demonstrated vast knowledge of the city. They were helpful before my visit. I saw many beautiful city sights in my four days. The Wallace lounge bar had AMAZING food!!! I was happy to eat from the menu in the hotel every night.
The valet service returned my car covered in dust. It required a wash. This was a SLIGHT inconvenience.

The staff greeted us immediately upon arrival and managed our luggage carefully. i particularly enjoyed the complimentary champagne we had in the wallace restaurant. the room had a handwritten note and cake, commemorating our anniversary. That was a beautiful touch.
during my stay, i noticed that there wasn't any parking available directly in front of the hotel. this absence of immediate parking was a slight inconvenience upon arrival, i must say.
